Junior IT Consultant
We are looking for person having conceptual way of thinking who is eager to learn and focused on continuous high quality service delivery. You will work closely in a micro team (5 people), which is a part of Application Maintenance department. You will have an opportunity to work independently, come up with your own ideas and be the 2nd line support between Business and Developers. A close, friendly and professional cooperation in driving projects and daily tasks is a key.
You will be working with skilled, international teams in a fast-paced and inspiring working environment, you will play an important role in supporting Wholesale Banking applications. You will be independent in taking decision, arranging meetings with Developers an Business and managing environments in Preprod and Prod and support them. You will be working with professional IT technologies like RedHat Enterprise, Oracle Database, Monitoring Tools (ie. Geneos, AppDynamics, Grafana, Influx DB, Splunk), MQ Explorer, DataStage, Oracle BI Publisher, Weblogic etc.
The team you will be working with is located in Gdansk, Poland.

Provide Application 1nd and 2nd line support
Deploy new versions of software
Develop and react on the warnings and alerts from monitoring system
Work with Infrastructure and Operation Teams as well as Application Development teams to develop, implement, and control high quality applications
Follow ITIL processes and manage tickets in BMC Helix tool and JIRA
Contribute to teams Knowledge Management System, documentation
Manage relationships with business teams and application users
